Returns & Refund Policy

Not completely satisfied with your purchase and want to return something? No problem! Here's what you need to know:
  • Return window: You have 14 days after receiving your order to initiate a return.
  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Process:
    1. Contact customer support at contact@glamour-bazaar.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
    2. Customer Support will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization number.
    3. Securely package the item for return.
    4. You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to Glamour Bazaar's error).
    5. Customer service will provide a return address once your request is approved.
  • Fees: A flat £6.00 handling charge will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds:
    • Refund are processed upon receiving and verifying your returned item.
    • Issued in the original payment method (unless agreed otherwise).
    • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable (except for Glamour Bazaar's errors).
    • May take up to 14 days to appear in your account.
  • Exchanges: Contact customer support to check availability for a different size, color, or similar product. Exchanges follow the same eligibility criteria as returns.
  • Damaged/Defective Items: Contact customer support immediately with details and any evidence (photos). They will determine the best course of action (refund, or replacement).
  • Policy Changes: Glamour Bazaar reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
  • Important Notes:
    • PayPal refunds may take up to 15 days due to their e-cheque process.
    • Contact customer service for the return address before sending your parcel.
