Returns & Refund Policy
Not completely satisfied with your purchase and want to return something? No problem! Here's what you need to know:
- Return window: You have 14 days after receiving your order to initiate a return.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as opened skincare, makeup, or perfume items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Process:
- Contact customer support at contact@glamour-bazaar.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Customer Support will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization number.
- Securely package the item for return.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to Glamour Bazaar's error).
- Customer service will provide a return address once your request is approved.

Refunds:
- Refund are processed upon receiving and verifying your returned item.
- Issued in the original payment method (unless agreed otherwise).
- May take up to 14 days to appear in your account.
- Damaged/Defective Items: Contact customer support immediately with details and any evidence (photos). They will determine the best course of action (refund, or replacement).
- Exchange Policy: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Customers are advised to place a new order for any desired replacement item.
- Returns Due to Incorrect Delivery Address or Failure to Collect from Royal Mail: If a customer provides an incomplete delivery address or does not collect their item from the local Royal Mail sorting office, the package will be returned to us by Royal Mail.
- Policy Changes: Glamour Bazaar reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
