 Absolutely! All our products are sourced directly from authorized suppliers who are official sources for the brands we feature. We guarantee the authenticity of every item on our website, so you can shop at Glamour Bazaar with complete confidence.

Q3. Can I return a product?

Absolutely! Unopened and undamaged items in original packaging can be returned within 14 working days of receipt. Please note, opened products cannot be returned. For full details, visit our Returns & Refunds Policy here

Q4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer complimentary tracked delivery on all orders in the United Kingdom, with no minimum purchase amount needed!

Q5. How long will my order take to arrive?

We typically fulfill orders within 2-4 working days. Using our 48-hour tracked shipping, you'll receive your fragrance soon after! For weekend orders, the first working day is considered Monday.

Q6. Can I track my order? 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Simply click the link to be redirected to the Royal Mail track and trace website, where you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

Q7. What size will I receive?

The product size listed and paid for is what you'll get. Product listing images are for illustrative purposes only and may not reflect the exact size you choose.

Q8. Do you offer VAT invoices?

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer VAT invoices.

Q9. Can I request to leave my parcel in a 'safe place' if I'm not available to receive the parcel? 

Yes, you can request Royal Mail to leave your parcel in a "safe place." However, please note that if this option is selected, Glamour Bazaar or our courier partner cannot be held responsible for any lost packages.
